摘 要:采用气象、遥感影像、水库蓄水量变化等多元数据分析了2019年澜沧江-湄公河干旱的原因以及上游电站开发对干旱的影响。结果表明,2019年澜沧江-湄公河发生了全流域性气象干旱过程,进而导致湄公河流域水量骤减;澜沧江电站充分发挥削峰补枯、兴利除害的作用,一定程度上缓解了下游旱情;但由于澜沧江出境流量仅占湄公河流域水资源量的13.5%,澜沧江水电开发对下游干旱的缓解作用非常有限,并且影响程度随着往下游的推移而减弱。This paper used multivariate data include meteorology, remote sensing and reservoir pondage data, to analyze the causes of the 2019 drought in Lancang-Mekong River basin and the impact of upstream hydropower on it. The results show that the basin-wide meteorological drought results in the sharp decline of water in Mekong River in 2019. In the drought event in 2019,the Lancang hydropower stations gave full play to flood control and drought relief, and to promote the beneficial and abolish the harmful. The drought downstream was eased to some extent. However, the outflow of the Lancang River only accounts for 13.5% of the water resources of Mekong River basin. The drought relief effect of hydropower stations in Lancang River basin is very limited,and the impact diminishes as it goes downstream.
