皮肤病血毒丸的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立皮肤病血毒丸的高效液相色谱(high-performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)指纹图谱,为皮肤病血毒丸的质量评价提供参考。方法用Acclaim;120 C;(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1 mL·L^(-1)磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为25℃,检测波长为280 nm。对14批样品进行分析,用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)”软件,建立皮肤病血毒丸的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价,对其共有峰进行归属并对主要特征峰进行化学指认。结果建立14批皮肤病血毒丸的HPLC指纹图谱,相似度均在0.987~0.999范围内,共标定20个共有峰,并进行药材归属,指认其中8个共有峰的对应成分。结论该方法操作简单,结果稳定可靠,可用于皮肤病血毒丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint of Pifubing Xuedu Pills,therefore to provide reference for the quality control.Methods The separation was developed on an Acclaim;120 C;(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-1 mL·L^(-1)phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was 25℃and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Chinese Medicine Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2004 A edition)was used for the HPLC fingerprint of Pifubing Xuedu Pills and the similarities were assessed.The common peaks in the fingerprint were assigned and the main characteristic peaks were chemically identified.Results The HPLC fingerprint of 14 batches of Pifubing Xuedu Pills was established.The fingerprint similarities were between 0.987 and 0.999.Totally,20 common peaks were assigned in the fingerprint,and among them,8 common peaks were identified.Conclusion The method is simple in operation,stable and reliable in results,and can be used for the quality control of Pifubing Xuedu Pills.
