摘  要:目的优选青牛胆块根中药根碱和盐酸巴马汀的最佳提取工艺。方法基于高效液相色谱分析,用响应面法考察提取溶剂、液料比、提取时间、提取次数对青牛胆块根中药根碱和盐酸巴马汀提取效果的影响。结果青牛胆块根中药根碱和盐酸巴马汀的最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂为体积分数为60%的乙醇、液料比为16∶1、提取时间为40 min、提取次数为2次。结论该提取工艺设计合理、结果可靠,为青牛胆块根中药根碱和盐酸巴马汀的提取提供依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technique of jatrorrhizine and palmatine from Tinospora sagittata(Oliv.)Gagnep.Methods The extraction amount of jatrorrhizine and palmatine hydrochloride was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The effects of extraction solvent,ratio of liquid to material,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of jatrorrhizine and palmatine hydrochloride from Tinospora sagittata were investigated by response surface methodology.Results The optimal extraction conditions of jatrorrhizine and palmatine hydrochloride from Tinospora sagittata were as follows:the extraction solvent was 60%ethanol,the ratio of liquid to material was 16∶1,the extraction time was 40 min and the extraction times was 2 times.Conclusion The design of the extraction process is reasonable and the result is reliable,which provides a basis for the extraction of jatrorrhizine and palmatine hydrochloride from Tinospora sagittata.
