中药凝胶剂在黏膜给药系统中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：目的对近年来中药凝胶剂在黏膜给药方面的研究和应用进行综述。方法查阅国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)批准上市的中药(椿皮、苦参、牡丹皮、乳香、冰片、白芷、蛇床子、花椒和土木香等)凝胶剂和国内外关于中药黏膜凝胶剂的相关文献,并进行归纳、分析和总结。结果中药凝胶剂是以中药为原料的新型外用制剂。经黏膜给药后,因其具有良好的黏附性和生物相容性,可使药物在眼、鼻、阴道和直肠等黏膜部位的作用时间延长,同时避免首过效应,提高生物利用度。结论中药凝胶剂在黏膜给药方面具有良好的应用和广阔的发展前景。Objective To review the recent research and application of traditional Chinese medicine gels in mucosal drug delivery.Methods The Chinese medicines approved by National Medical Products(Cortex Ailanthus,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Cortex Moutan,frankincense,borneol,Angelica dahurica,Fructus Cnidii,Zanthoxylum bungeanum and Radix Inulae etc.)gel and related literatures on the Chinese medicine mucosal gel at home and abroad were summarized and analyzed.Results The gels of Chinese materia medica are a new type external preparation with Chinese materia medica as raw materials.After mucosal administration,because of their good adhesion and biocompatibility,the gels can prolong the action time of drugs on mucous membrane parts such as eyes,nose,vagina and rectum,and avoid the first pass effect to improve the bioavailability.Conclusion The gels of Chinese materia medica have a good application and broad development prospect in mucosal drug delivery.
