摘　　要：目的总结国内外有关5-脂氧合酶(5-LOX)所引起的疾病和天然5-LOX抑制剂的研究进展。方法通过查阅国内外文献,综述5-LOX在卵巢组织、脑组织、心组织及肾组织等的活性和表达,并对天然5-LOX抑制剂的研究进展进行总结。结果5-LOX在多种疾病的发生发展中有一定程度的表达,天然5-LOX抑制剂对于加强相关疾病的治疗、预防和减少相关疾病的发生可提供更多新思路。结论抑制5-LOX并寻找天然的5-LOX抑制剂对多种疾病机制及治疗有重要作用。Objective To summarize the research progress of diseases caused by 5-lipoxygenase(5-LOX)and natural 5-LOX inhibitors at home and abroad.Methods By reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,the activity and expression of 5-LOX in ovarian,brain,heart and kidney tissues were reviewed,and the natural 5-LOX inhibitors were summarized.Results 5-LOX is expressed to a certain extent in the occurrence and development of many diseases.Natural 5-LOX inhibitors provide new ideas for strengthening the treatment of related diseases,preventing and reducing the occurrence of related diseases.Conclusion Inhibiting 5-LOX and finding natural 5-LOX inhibitors play an important role in the study of the mechanism and treatment of various diseases.
