摘　　要：羊剪绒制品常见于汽车用品、床上用品和装饰用品,同时也逐渐被应用于服装甚至鞋类产品,是一种高品质的材质。随着羊剪绒的普及,其生产工艺的研究也逐渐被人们重视。本文探讨了羊剪绒产品的主要点,在分析我国羊剪绒产业的工艺现状后,总结出我国羊剪绒生产工艺的发展趋势。指出羊剪绒生产加工过程中出现的主要问题,并根据这些问题提出羊剪绒生产工艺的优化方案。Sheep shearling products are commonly used in automotive products, bedding and decorative products, and also gradually being used in clothing and even footwear products. It is a high-quality material, and with its wide popularity, the study of its production process is also gradually being paid more and more attention. The main characteristics of sheep shearling products were analyzed, and the development trend of sheep shearling production process in China was summarized after analyzing the current process status of sheep shearling industry in China. The main problems that appear in the production and processing of sheep shearling were put forward, and the optimization scheme of sheep shearling production process was proposed according to these problems.
