摘  要:耐磨性能是鞋底重要的功能性指标。本文对目前国内外鞋类产品常用的耐磨性能测试方法进行了总结,其中重点介绍了辊筒式磨耗机法耐磨(DIN磨耗)测试的原理、特点和应用,并对该方法中的关键耗材——DIN标准胶的使用和发展现状进行了概述。从测试和应用角度重点分析了DIN标准胶的重要性和现有产品所存在的不足。从测试评价方法、橡胶摩擦机理和磨耗影响因素、橡胶配方设计和加工工艺研究3个角度对DIN标准胶的改进和研制关键问题做了进一步分析。Abrasion resistance is an important functional indicator of sole. This paper summarized the commonly used abrasion resistance test methods of footwear products at home and abroad, focuses on the principle, characteristics and application of the roller abrasion resistance(DIN abrasion) test method, and summarized the use and development status of DIN abrasion standard reference compounds, as a key consumable in this method. The importance of DIN abrasion standard reference compounds and shortcomings of the existing products were analyzed from the perspective of testing and application. The key problems in the improvement and development of DIN abrasion standard reference compounds were further analyzed from three aspects: test and evaluation method, rubber abrasion mechanism and influence factors, rubber formulation design and processing technology research.
