合成革用有色聚氨酯性能测试及其在体育用品中的应用

摘　　要：为提高聚氨酯合成革材料色牢度,需探索引进自显色的有色聚氨酯树脂。据此,测试分析了合成革着色用有色聚氨酯材料性能,并对有色聚氨酯合成革在体育用品中的应用进行了详细分析。结果表明,有色聚氨酯膜及着色膜通过干湿摩擦处理,未出现掉色现象,干湿耐摩擦色牢度均达到了5级。染料含量不同的有色聚氨酯膜及着色膜在热水、HCl溶液、NaOH溶液、甲苯中表现为不溶解状态,且颜色未发生变化,而在二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,溶解性较好,表明其耐溶剂性能良好。随着染料单体含量增加,有色聚氨酯膜模量呈现出逐渐增长的趋势,且明显高于革用聚氨酯树脂。In order to improve the color fastness of polyurethane synthetic leather, it is necessary to explore the introduction of self colored polyurethane resin. Based on this, the properties of colored polyurethane materials for coloring synthetic leather were tested and analyzed, and the application of colored polyurethane synthetic leather in sporting goods was analyzed in detail. The results show that the colored polyurethane film and colored film do not lose color after dry and wet friction treatment, and the color fastness to dry and wet friction reaches grade 5. The colored polyurethane and colored film with different dye content are insoluble in hot water, HCl solution, NaOH solution and toluene, and the color does not change. However, in dimethylformamide solvent, it has good solubility, indicating its good solvent resistance. With the increase of dye monomer content, the modulus of colored polyurethane film increases gradually, and is significantly higher than that of leather polyurethane resin.
