摘  要:新《环保法》的颁布与实施,向传统高污染企业的发展思路和技术创新发起了新的挑战。本文以皮革产业为例,对传统高污染企业在新《环保法》下面临的问题进行总结,认为皮革产业在新《环保法》的约束下必须全面开展清洁生产和皮革废料再利用。总结了一种皮革废料可生物降解复合材料的制备方法和流程,对该材料的主要性能进行了分析,旨在为新《环保法》下皮革产业的可持续发展提供借鉴。The promulgation and implementation of the new Environmental Protection Law have posed new challenges to the development ideas and technological innovation of traditional high-pollution enterprises. Taking leather industry as an example, the problems faced by traditional high-pollution enterprises under the new Environmental Protection Law were summarized, and concluded that the leather industry must carry out clean production and leather waste recycling under the new Environmental Protection Law. The preparation method and process of a leather waste biodegradable composite material were summarized, and the main properties of the material were analyzed, in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of leather industry under the new Environmental Protection Law.
