摘 要:食品卫生学是我校食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,具有知识点多、案例多、应用性强等特点。为了适应信息时代发展,促进学生自主学习,改革传统教学模式,培养具有一定创新思维和应用技能的新型人才,基于优慕课教学平台建设了线上线下食品卫生学混合式教学内容,突出问题式教学、案例式教学方法及思政元素融入,并相应改革了考核方式。两年的教学实践表明,混合式教学增强了学生自主学习能力和应用能力,提高了学生学习成绩,有利于优秀学生培养,教学质量得到明显提高。Food hygiene is the core course of food quality and safety major, which has the characteristics of many cases and strong applicability. In order to adapt to the development of the information age, promote students’ independent learning, reform the traditional teaching mode and cultivate new talents with certain innovative thinking and application skills, the content of online and offline blended teaching of food hygiene is constructed based on UMOOC teaching platform, highlighting problem-based teaching, case teaching and ideological and political elements, and the assessment method has been reformed accordingly. After two years of teaching practice, it shows that blended teaching improves students’ academic performance, is conducive to the cultivation of excellent students, increases students’ independent learning ability and application ability, and enhances teaching quality.
