摘  要:为研究多种因素对光伏组件电性能参数的影响,本文基于A+A+A+标准脉冲上打光模拟器与恒温箱,设计搭建了一种精确测试温度系数平台。对比该平台与相对独立降温测试温度系数平台,并对比不同类型光伏组件、不同太阳辐照度条件下的电性能参数。结果表明:对不同类型的光伏组件进行理论及实测分析,得到不同类型的光伏组件温度系数,该系数与温度对禁带宽度影响的理论一致;通过同一光伏组件在不同太阳辐照度下温度系数的对比,得到太阳辐照度与温度系数值呈负相关关系,可通过提高太阳辐照度实现降低光伏组件对温度的依存性。In order to study the influence of various factors on the electrical performance parameters of PV modules,this paper designed and built an accurate test platform for temperature coefficient based on A+A+A+standard pulse lighting simulator and incubator. Compare the platform with the relatively independent temperature coefficient platform,and compare the electrical performance parameters of different types of PV modules under different solar irradiance conditions. The results show that the temperature coefficients of different types of PV modules are obtained by theoretical and experimental analysis,which is consistent with the theory of the effect of temperature on the band gap width. Through the comparison of the temperature coefficient of the same PV module under different solar irradiance,it is found that the solar irradiance is negatively correlated with the temperature coefficient. The dependence of PV module on temperature can be reduced by increasing the solar irradiance.
