摘 要:目的 探究检验不同心肌损伤生化标志物的作用。方法 选择该院2020年1—12月收治的111例心肌损伤患者为研究组。另选择同期在该院指标正常的111名体检者为对照组。所选对象均开展心肌损伤生化标志物检验。比较两组不同心肌损伤生化标志物水平及不同心肌损伤生化标志物诊断心肌损伤的作用。结果 研究组患者乳酸脱氢酶(301.97±36.94)U/L、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(329.63±51.70)U/L、肌酸激酶(220.20±16.54)U/L、肌酸激酶同工酶(45.69±13.48)U/L、B型钠尿肽(357.97±32.38)pg/mL、肌钙蛋白I(1.08±0.15)ug/L、肌红蛋白水平(82.55±9.91)ug/L均高于对照组体检者,差异有统计学意义(t=28.214、37.146、32.314、25.520、68.812、74.287、35.496,P<0.05);以上指标诊断心肌损伤的敏感度依次是70.00%、76.00%、74.00%、84.00%、86.00%、100.00%、78.00%。结论 开展乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、B型钠尿肽、肌钙蛋白I、肌红蛋白检测能够诊断心肌损伤,提升疾病诊断准确性,可指导临床诊治,发挥一定干预作用。Objective To explore the role of different biochemical markers of myocardial injury.MethodsA total of111 patients with myocardial injury admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research group.Another 111 experiencers with normal indicators in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The selected subjects were all tested for biochemical markers of myocardial injury.The levels of different myocardial injury biochemical markers and the role of different myocardial injury biochemical markers in diagnosing myocardial injury were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the study group,lactate dehydrogenase(301.97±36.94) U/L,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(329.63±51.70) U/L,creatine kinase(220.20±16.54) U/L,creatine kinase isoform Enzyme(45.69±13.48) U/L,B-type natriuretic peptide(357.97±32.38) pg/mL,troponin I(1.08±0.15) μg/L,myoglobin level(82.55±9.91) μg/L were higher than those in the control group with physical examination,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.214,37.146,32.314,25.520,68.812,74.287,35.496,P<0.05);the sensitivity of the above indicators to diagnose myocardial injury was 70.00%,76.00%,74.00%,84.00%,86.00%,100.00%,78.00%.ConclusionThe detection of lactate dehydrogenase,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,B-type natriuretic peptide,troponin I and myoglobin can diagnose myocardial injury,improving the accuracy of disease diagnosis can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,and playing a certain role in intervention.
