摘  要:目的 研讨细菌定量计数联合尿沉渣白细胞检验在尿路感染诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择2019年1月—2020年12月该院收治的81例疑似尿路感染患者为研究对象,分别给予细菌定量计数、尿沉渣白细胞检验和尿细菌培养,以尿细菌培养作为金标准,分析细菌定量计数联合尿沉渣白细胞检验的诊断价值。结果 尿细菌培养检验阳性率为82.72%,细菌定量计数检验阳性率为66.67%,尿沉渣白细胞检验阳性率为71.60%;细菌定量计数检验和尿沉渣白细胞检验联合检测阳性率为80.25%,与尿细菌培养阳性率的82.72%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.359,P=0.549);细菌定量计数和尿沉渣白细胞联合检验的准确度、灵敏度均高于细菌定量计数检验和尿沉渣白细胞检验单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳性率和特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 细菌定量计数联合尿沉渣白细胞检验在尿路感染的诊断中阳性率、准确度、灵敏度、特异度较高。Objective To study the application value of quantitative bacterial count combined with urine sediment leukocyte test in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.MethodsA total of 81 patients with suspected urinary tract infections were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.Quantitative bacterial count,urine sediment leukocyte test and urine bacterial culture were given respectively,with urine bacterial culture as the gold standard.To analyze the diagnostic value of quantitative bacterial count combined with urine sediment leukocyte test.ResultsThe positive rate of urine bacterial culture test was 82.72%,the positive rate of bacterial quantitative count test was 66.67%,and the positive rate of urine sediment white blood cell test was71.60%.The combined detection rate of bacterial quantitative count test and urine sediment leukocyte test was80.25%,compared with the 82.72% positive rate of urine bacterial culture,the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=0.359,P=0.549).The accuracy and sensitivity of bacterial quantitative count and urine sediment leukocyte combined test were higher than those of bacterial quantitative count test and urine sediment leukocyte test alone,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).ConclusionQuantitative bacterial count combined with urine sediment leukocyte test has high positive rate,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.
