司库奇尤单抗注射液治疗重度斑块状银屑病的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨对重度斑块状银屑病患者采用司库奇尤单抗注射液进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年4月—2021年2月该院收治的70例重度斑块状银屑病患者进行研究,随机分为常规组(采用阿维A+复方甘草酸苷片治疗)和研究组(采用司库奇尤单抗注射液治疗),各35例。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(94.29%)高于常规组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.436,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组PASI评分(14.61±2.39)分同常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.130,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组PASI评分(4.26±1.11)分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.285,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组IL-17水平(23.81±4.36)ng/mL及IL-10水平(6.25±1.71)ng/mL同常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.184、0.046,P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-17水平(12.52±3.41)ng/mL低于常规组,IL-10水平(12.36±2.07)ng/mL高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.575、5.492,P<0.05)。结论 司库奇尤单抗注射液有效应用后,可显著提高患者治疗效果,有效改善皮损状态,对患者IL-17以及IL-10水平实施调节,促进重度斑块状银屑病患者总体预后水平提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of secukinumab injection in patients with severe plaque psoriasis.MethodsA total of 70 patients with severe plaque psoriasis admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into routine group(treated with Acitretin + compound glycyrrhizin tablets) and study group(treated with secukinumab injection),35 cases in each group.The total effective rate,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score,interleukin-17(IL-17) and interleukin-10(IL-10) levels were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.29%)was higher than that in the routine group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.436,P0.05);after treatment,the PASI score of the study group(4.26±1.11) points was lower than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.285,P0.05);after treatment,the level of IL-17 in the study group(12.52±3.41) ng/mL was lower than that in the routine group,and the level of IL-10 in the study group(12.36±2.07) ng/mL was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.575,5.492,P<0.05).ConclusionAfter the effective application of secukinumab injection,the therapeutic effect of the patients can be significantly improved,and the skin lesion state can be effectively improved.The regulation of IL-17 and IL-10 levels in patients can improve the overall prognosis of patients with severe plaque psoriasis.
