摘  要:为解决载人航天器综合测试回收着陆分系统测试数据复杂、人工判读量大的问题,设计并实现了一种回收测试数据自动判读方法。该方法针对回收参数和测试数据的特点,在自动化测试软件中编写判读判据,测试计算机依据编写好的判据规则,实时监视和分析测试数据,自动进行数据的判读并给出判读结果,对异常数据进行提示和报警,实现对回收着陆分系统参数和测试数据的自动判读。通过回放测试历史数据和编写测试用例两种方式验证以及实际工程应用表明,该判读方法不仅能够减轻人工判读负担,而且在捕捉参数跳变和异常抖动等问题上具有很好效果,为进一步提高载人航天器回收着陆分系统测试准确性和有效性提供经验和借鉴。In order to solve the problems of complex test data and large amount of manual interpretation of manned spacecraft integrated test recovery and landing system,an automatic interpretation method of recovered test data is designed and implemented.According to the characteristics of recovered parameters and test data,the interpretation criteria is complied in the automatic test software,the test computer monitors and analyzes the test data in real time according to the complied criterion rules,automatically interprets the data and gives the interpretation results,prompts and alarms the abnormal constant data,and realizes the automatic interpretation of the test data and parameters of the recovery and landing system.The verification and practical engineering application show that the interpretation method not only reduces the burden of manual interpretation,but also has a good effect in capturing parameter jump and abnormal jitter,which provides experience and reference for further improving the test accuracy and effectiveness of manned spacecraft recovery and landing system.
