摘 要:为提高新能源并网等系统中变换器的功率因数,该文提出三态Boost变换器的变占空比控方案。通过分析电感电流参考值,推导出开关管的占空比表达式;根据输出电容上的二次谐波电压得到电压的纹波大小。相比于传统的定占空比控制方法,变占空比控制能够在较宽的输入电压范围内实时调整占空比,使电流跟踪电压变化,从而提高功率因数,降低输出电压纹波且不随输入电压变化。通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性以及控制的有效性。For improving the converter power factor of the new energy integration,the variable duty cycle control method of the tristate Boost converter is used.Trough detailed derivation,the duty cycle formula of the switch under variable duty cycle control is obtained.And the ripple voltage is given according to the 2th harmonic voltage of the output capacitor.Compared with the conventional fixed duty ratio control method,the variable duty ratio control method can adjust timely the duty cycle during a wide range of input voltages.The current follows the voltage change to improve the power factor and reduce the ripple of the output voltage.And the voltage ripple is invariant with the variable input voltage.The simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the validity of the control method.
