摘 要:针对当前生物炭生产设备仍以半机械化为主,生产连续性差、生产效率低、物料堆放松散不平、秸秆炭化不均匀等问题,提出一种生物质单釜间歇式炭化设备,通过选择热解参数以及热工计算,采用棉花秸秆原料进行炭化试验,获取现有技术条件下的炭化得率质量分数为45%,气体为CO_(2)(50.2%)、CO(28.1%)、H_(2)(7.2%)、CH_(4)(6.9%)和其他(7.6%),其中CO、H_(2)、CH_(4)作为主要燃烧成分占气体总质量分数的42.2%,可实现设计目标、提高炭化得率。At present,the production equipment of biochar is still mainly semi-mechanized and the production efficiency is low.In this paper,the single kettle intermittent carbonization process of biomass is proposed.Through the analysis of material lifting,material compression and homogenization,carbonization and pyrolysis,biochar cooling and discharge,biomass gas-liquid separation and other processes,the single kettle intermittent biomass carbonization and pyrolysis equipment was studied.Through the selection of pyrolysis parameters and thermal calculation,it was found that the initial start-up reaction needed a small amount of additional heat.Subsequently the carbonization could utilizes heat generated by the combustion reaction.The carbonization test was carried out with cotton straw as raw material.The results show that the capacity of cotton straw carbonization is 1000 kg per kettle,the final carbonization temperature is 450℃.The mass fraction of carbonized solids under existing technical conditions is 45%,and the gases are CO_(2)(50.2%),CO(28.1%),H_(2)(7.2%),CH_(4)(6.9%)and others(7.6%).Among them,CO,H_(2) and CH_(4) are the main components of combustion gas,accounting for 42.2%of total gas mass fraction.
