摘  要:“互联网+”这一经济社会发展新形态,对具备“互联网+”素养的新型人才需求巨大。“互联网+”素养人才培养的首要问题是对“互联网+”素养内涵及框架的阐释及研究。文章基于人才培养和素质教育视角,梳理大学生“互联网+”素养的内涵及总体框架,使其更适用于学生的素养测评与分析。大学生“互联网+”素养的内涵及总体框架包含人文情怀、开放合作、善于学习、勇于创新等四个维度,又具体细化为以人为本、尊重人性、开放互联、跨界融合、学习能力、数据意识、问题意识和实践创新等八个因子。这些研究可为高校“互联网+”人才培养和创新创业教育提供可行参考。“Internet plus”, the new form of economic and social development, has a huge demand for new talents with “Internet plus” literacy. And the main problem of training of Internet plus talents is the interpretation and research of the connotation and framework of “Internet plus” literacy. Based on the perspective of talent cultivation and quality education, this paper combs the connotation and framework of “Internet plus” literacy of college students, making it more suitable for students’ literacy assessment and analysis. Based on the perspective of talent cultivation, the connotation and framework of “Internet plus”literacy includes four dimensions, namely, humanistic feelings, open cooperation, learning and innovation.Four dimensions are also specifically divided into eight factors, namely, people oriented, respect for humanity, openness and Interconnection, cross boundary integration, learning ability, data awareness,problem awareness and practical innovation. This framework provides feasible reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
