摘　　要：选择和培育优质项目是在中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛中实现育人本质和取得优异成绩的关键。如何科学地甄别有潜质的项目,源源不断地挖掘优质项目,进一步做好优质项目的培育工作,是高校竞赛管理部门和项目团队面临的难点。结合大赛组织管理和项目培育工作实际,运用“抽象与具体”的研究方法分析大量国赛金奖项目,并从科学甄别优质项目、深度挖掘优质项目和精准培育优质项目等三个方面提出备赛策略,希望为高校和参赛团队取得优异成绩提供学理支撑和有益借鉴。Selecting and cultivating high-quality projects is the key to achieving both the essence of education and excellent results in China’s international“Internet plus” innovation competition. How to scientifically identify potential projects, continuously tap high-quality projects and further cultivate high-quality projects is the biggest difficulty faced by competition management departments and project teams in colleges and universities. Combined with the reality of competition organization and management and project cultivation, this paper uses the “abstract and specific” research method to analyze a large number of national gold medal projects. It puts forward the preparation strategies from three aspects: scientific screening of high-quality projects, in-depth excavation of high-quality projects and accurate cultivation of high-quality projects, hoping to provide theoretical support and useful reference for colleges and universities and participating teams to achieve excellent results.
