摘　　要：目的通过对残疾人康复需求统计,了解残疾患者鉴定的需求、自理能力、残疾轻重、医疗服务类型、康复训练指导、康复知识、康复器具及转诊服务等,由此给残疾人互联网康复发展提供指导。方法采用随机抽样法选择2020年1月—2021年1月浏阳市人民医院康复科、神经内科、骨科门诊及住院患者64例,进行线上问卷调查,回收有效问卷64份,统计分析患者的调查结果,包括有无残疾证、残疾等级、致残时间、自理能力、致残原因、残疾类型、医疗服务、医疗康复需求、康复训练、康复知识、康复器具、转诊服务等。结果残疾患者需要家属照料者居多,致残原因以偏瘫最多(32.81%),肢体残疾发生率最高(98.44%),医疗服务类型以理疗为主(73.44%),家属对多样性康复医疗服务的需求较为重视,医疗康复对残疾诊断需求最多(70.31%),选择两种医疗康复“残疾诊断+功能评估”的最多,康复训练主要选择指导训练(87.50%),康复知识选择以传授基本康复知识为主(68.75%),康复器具最需要轮椅和拐杖(70.31%);转诊服务选择介绍康复器具最多(37.50%)。结论为“互联网+”康复服务最大程度简化了患者就医流程,减少平台付错成本,使面向残疾人的康复服务达到一个新高度。Objective To understand the identification needs,self-care ability,disability severity,medical service types,rehabilitation training guidance,rehabilitation knowledge,rehabilitation equipment and referral services of disabled patients through statistics on rehabilitation needs of disabled patients.This provides guidance for the development of Internet rehabilitation for the disabled.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 64 outpatients and inpatients from the Department of Rehabilitation,Department of Neurology,Department of Orthopedics of Liuyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,and conduct an online questionnaire survey.64 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the patients were statistically analyzed.The results of the survey include whether there was a disability certificate,disability level,disability time,self-care ability,reason for disability,type of disability,medical services,medical rehabilitation needs,rehabilitation training,rehabilitation knowledge,rehabilitation equipment,referral services,etc.Results Most of the disabled patients needed family care.Hemiplegia was the most common cause of disability(32.81%),and the incidence of physical disability was the highest(98.44%).The main types of medical services are physiotherapy(73.44%),family members pay more attention to the needs of diverse rehabilitation medical services,and medical rehabilitation has the most demand for disability diagnosis(70.31%).The two types of medical rehabilitation"disability diagnosis+functional assessment"were chosen the most,and guidance training was mainly selected for rehabilitation training(87.50%).The choice of rehabilitation knowledge was mainly to impart basic rehabilitation knowledge(68.75%),and the rehabilitation equipment most needed wheelchairs and crutches(70.31%).The referral service chose to introduce rehabilitation equipment the most(37.50%).Conclusion The"Internet+"rehabilitation service simplifies the patient's medical treatment process to the greatest extent,reduces the cost
