PDCA循环护理管理在综合内科的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估PDCA循环护理管理在综合内科的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2021年9月在该院综合内科工作的医护人员40名,按照随机抽样分组法分为参比组、观察组,各20名。参比组应用传统护理管理,观察组应用PDCA循环护理管理。分析两组的管理效果。结果观察组测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对综合内科工作的医护人员进行护理管理时,应用PDCA循环护理管理能够丰富医护人员综合内科理论知识,锻炼医护人员工作能力,提高管理满意度,推荐研究使用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing management in general internal medicine.Methods A total of 40 medical staff working in the comprehensive internal medicine department of the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into a reference group and an observation group according to the random sampling method,with 20 medical staff in each group.The traditional nursing management was applied in the reference group,and the PDCA cycle nursing management was applied in the observation group.The management effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the work ability of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was responsible for the management satisfaction of the patients higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of medical staff working in general internal medicine,the application of PDCA cycle nursing management can enrich the theoretical knowledge of medical staff in comprehensive internal medicine,exercise the working ability of medical staff,improve management satisfaction,and is recommended for research use.
