基于4S管理模型构建的护理管理在血液净化室护理人员中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究与分析基于4S管理模型构建的护理管理在血液净化室护理人员中的应用。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月在血液净化室工作的12名护理人员作为研究对象,按照不同的工作时间分为对照组(2019年4月—2020年4月)与观察组(2020年5月—2021年4月),对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于4S管理模型构建的护理管理,对比两组护理人员对血液净化的相关认知得分、照顾行为得分以及职业倦怠评分,同时记录护理期间不良事件的发生率。结果观察组护理人员对血液净化相关知识、感知到的严重性、感知到的易感性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员对患者照顾行为中翻身行为、皮肤管理、营养支持、创面管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组EE、DP评分低于对照组,PA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于4S管理模型构建的护理管理应用到血液净化室护理人员当中,可明显提高护理人员对血液净化工作的正确认识,提升其对患者的照顾行为,降低职业倦怠感,也由此降低了护理期间不良事件发生率,提高了护理工作期间的安全性。Objective To explore and analyze the application of nursing management based on 4S management model in nursing staff in blood purification room.Methods Twelve nurses who worked in the blood purification room from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group(April 2019 to April 2020)and observation group(May 2020 to April 2021)according to different working hours,the control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given nursing management based on the 4S management model on the basis of the control group.The related cognitive scores,nursing behavior scores and occupational burnout scores of the two groups of nurses were compared,and the incidence of adverse events during nursing was recorded.Results Nurses in the observation group had higher knowledge of blood purification,perceived severity,and perceived susceptibility scores than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff in the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of turning over behavior,skin management,nutritional support and wound management in the care behavior of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The EE and DP scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the PA scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group during nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management based on the 4S management model is applied to the nursing staff in the blood purification room,which can significantly improve the nursing staff's correct understanding of blood purification work,improve their caring behavior for patients,and reduce job burnout.This also reduces the incidence of adverse events during nursing and improves safety during nursing
