摘　　要：目的探究消毒供应中心可复用性医疗器械清洗消毒质量的管理对策。方法选择该院在营工作背景下2020年10月—2021年10月期间消毒供应中心收集可复用性医疗器械400份。于2020年10月—2021年4月期间消毒供应中心未实施清洗消毒质量管理,设为常规组;于2021年5—10月期间消毒供应中心已实施清洗消毒质量管理,设为研究组。对比两组医疗器械清洗消毒合格率、医疗器械管理情况、管理质量评分。同期在消毒供应科中挑选30名医务人员分别作为满意度调查人员,对比医务人员管理满意度。结果相较常规组,研究组的医疗器械清洗消毒合格率、管理质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较常规组,研究组医疗器械管理情况更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较常规组,研究组医务人员器械管理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可复用性医疗器械清洗消毒质量管理在消毒供应中心应用保证了器械质量合格率,提高了管理服务质量,减少了临床医源性感染发生,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the management countermeasures for the quality of cleaning and disinfection of reusable medical devices in the disinfection supply center.Methods The disinfection and supply center of the hospital was selected to collect reusable medical devices 400 copies from October 2020 to October 2021 under the background of camp work.From October 2020 to April 2021,the disinfection supply center did not implement the quality management of cleaning and disinfection,and was set as the conrentional group.From May to October 2021,the disinfection supply center has implemented the quality management of cleaning and disinfection,and is set as the study group.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices,medical device management,and management quality scores were observed and compared between the two groups.During the same period,a total of 30 medical staff were selected from the disinfection supply department as satisfaction survey staff respectively to compare the management satisfaction of medical staff.Results Compared with the conventional group,the medical equipment cleaning and disinfection pass rate and management quality score of the study group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the medical device management in the study group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the medical staff in the study group was more satisfied with the device management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of reusable medical equipment cleaning and disinfection quality management in the disinfection supply center can ensure the qualified rate of equipment quality,improve the quality of management services,and reduce the occurrence of clinical iatrogenic infection,which is worthy of popularization and application.
