摘　　要：目的 探讨以髂腹股沟皮瓣为接力皮瓣修复股前外侧皮瓣供区继发性缺损的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月-2020年1月采用髂腹股沟皮瓣修复股前外侧皮瓣供区继发性缺损的16例病例资料。创面缺损面积:8.0 cm×13.0 cm~12.0 cm×19.0 cm,且均为不规则创面。结果 16例髂腹股沟转移皮瓣均成活,伤口一期愈合。随访1年,股前外侧区创面平整,仅留线性瘢痕,皮肤质地柔软,与相邻皮肤颜色无明显差异。患肢膝关节活动正常,股外侧区无麻木症状。结论 选取该皮瓣修复股前外侧皮瓣供区创面操作简单,成活率高且修复效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ilioinguinal flap as relay flap for repairing the secondary defect of anterolateral femoral flap. Methods Data of 16 patients with secondary defects in donor site of anterolateral femoral skin flap repaired by ilioinguinal skin flap from January 2018 to January2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The wound defect area was 13.0 cm×8.0 cm~19.0 cm×12.0 cm, and all the wounds were irregular. Results All 6 cases of ilioinguinal relay flaps survived and the wounds healed in the first stage. Following up for 1 year, the anterolateral femoral area was flat with only linear scar, and the skin texture was soft with no significant difference in color from the adjacent skin. The knee joint movement of the affected limb was normal, and no numbness was found in the lateral femoral region. Conclusion It is simple to select the flap to repair the donor wound of anterolateral thigh flap,with high survival rate and good repair effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
