摘　　要：目的 探讨应用封闭负压吸引技术联合游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复手部大面积软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2018年10月-2020年11月,对手部大面积软组织缺损11例,采用封闭负压吸引技术联合游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣进行治疗。结果 经封闭负压吸引技术后,创面平整、无感染,11例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访6~20个月,平均12.6个月,移植皮瓣的外形及功能恢复均满意。结论 封闭负压吸引技术联合游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣是修复手部大面积软组织缺损的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the vacuum sealing drainage therapy combined with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap in the treatment of large area hand soft tissue defect.Methods Eleven cases of large area hand soft tissue defect were treated by free anterolateral thigh perforator flap combined with the vacuum sealing drainage therapy from October 2018 to November 2020. Results After VSD was removed, the soft-tissue defect area was covered by healthy granulation tissue in all cases. All flaps were successfully transplanted, and all flaps survived completely without further procedures. At 6 to 20months follow-up(on an average of 12.6 months) postoperatively,the appearance and function of the flaps was satisfactory. Conclusion Free anterolateral thigh perforator flap combined with the vacuum sealing drainage therapy in the treatment of large area hand soft tissue defect is an ideal method.
