On-table技术联合微创钢板治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨小头骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 评估采用On-table技术联合微创钢板治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾2018年1月-2020年1月收治的8例MasonⅢ型桡骨小头骨折患者,均采用On-table技术复位,选用螺钉联合钢板内固定方式固定,术后与健侧前臂功能进行对比。结果 8例患者均获得12~24个月随访,平均18.3个月;骨折均愈合,愈合过程中未发生内固定失效、伤口感染等并发症;愈合时间为7~14周,平均9.2周。前臂旋转活动度为160°~180°,平均175.5°。根据Broberg-Morrey评分为:优4例,良3例,可1例,优良率为87.5%。结论 采用On-table技术联合微型钢板治疗MasonⅢ型桡骨小头骨折,具有操作简单、安全性高、并发症少等优点,利于关节功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of on-table technique on the treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fracture. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, 8 patients with Mason type Ⅲradial head fracture treated in our department were reviewed. The reduction method was adopted by ontable technique, and the internal fixation method was screws combined with plate fixation. Postoperative function of the forearm was compared with that of the healthy side. Results All 8 patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months(mean 18.3 months). All the fractures healed without internal fixation failure,wound infection or other complications during the healing process. The healing time was 7 to 14 weeks,with an average of 9.2 weeks. The forearm rotation range of motion was 160° to 180°, with an average of 175.5°. According to Broberg-Morrey score, 4 cases were excellent, 3 cases were good, and 1 case was fair, with an excellent and good rate of 87.5%. Conclusion The treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fracture by on-table technology combined with micro-plate has the advantages of simple operation, high safety and less complications, which is beneficial to the recovery of joint function and worthy of clinical application.
