摘　　要：目的 探讨应用尺动脉腕上皮支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2018年1月-2020年12月应用尺动脉腕上皮支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损12例,皮瓣面积:3.0 cm×6.0 cm~6.0 cm×12.0 cm。结果 12例皮瓣成活好,其中1例术后出现皮瓣远端部分坏死,经清创游离植皮后愈合;12例均获1~12个月随访,其中10例皮瓣外形满意、质地色泽好,两点辨别觉6~9 mm,患手活动功能良好;2例经皮瓣整形后外形功能均满意。结论 尺动脉腕上皮支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损可获得良好的临床疗效,是修复手部创面的一种理想皮瓣。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing skin defect of hand with pedicled flap of carpal epithelial branch of ulnar artery. Methods Twelve cases of skin defects of the hand were repaired with a pedicled flap pedicled with the carpal epithelial branch of ulnar artery. The size of the flaps was 3.0 cmx 6.0 cm ~6.0 cmx12.0 cm. Results Twelve flaps survived well, including 1 case with distal necrosis and healed after debridement and free skin grafting. 12 cases were followed up for 1 month to 1 year. Among them, 10 cases had satisfactory appearance, good texture and color, two-point discrimination of 6 ~9 mm and good function of affected hand. 2 cases had satisfactory appearance and function after flap plasty. Conclusion The reversed island flap pedicled with carpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery can be used to repair the defect of the hand skin.
