摘 要:目的 探讨手术固定后踝骨折块对踝关节骨折后关节功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年1月收治的63例新鲜后踝骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=29),观察组采取手术固定后踝骨折块治疗,对照组未行后踝骨折块固定治疗。对比两组治疗前后AOFAS及KPS评分、术后骨折复位与临床评分、早期活动时间与骨折愈合时间、患者治疗前后踝关节活动度相关指标。结果 治疗后,观察组AOFAS及KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后骨折复位与临床评分明显高于对照组;早期活动时间与骨折愈合时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内翻、外翻明显低于对照组;背伸、跖屈明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 手术固定后踝骨折块对踝关节骨折后关节功能恢复起到了明显的促进作用,因此在踝关节骨折后应用手术固定后踝骨折块可以帮助患者术后关节功能尽快恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical fixation of posterior malleolus fracture on joint function recovery after ankle fracture. Methods Sixty-three patients with fresh posterior ankle fracture who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n =34) and control group(n =29) by random number table method. The observation group was treated with fixation, while the control group was not treated with fixation.AOFAS and KPS scores, postoperative fracture reduction and clinical scores, early activity time and fracture healing time, and ankle range of motion before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the AOFAS and KPS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative fracture reduction and clinical score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the early activity time and fracture healing time were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, varus and valgus in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while dorsiflexion and plantar flexion were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical fixation of posterior ankle fracture block can significantly improve the joint function after ankle fracture, so the application of surgical fixation of posterior ankle fracture block can help patients recover joint function as soon as possible after ankle fracture.
