摘　　要：目的 探讨采用掌长肌腱移植修复拇长伸肌腱陈旧性断裂的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月-2020年12月,采用掌长肌腱移植修复拇长伸肌腱陈旧性断裂30例。结果 术后所有病例均获随访,随访时间8~24个月,平均18个月。随访内容为患侧拇指关节总活动度(TAM),患者对拇指修复后外观功能的满意度。按中华医学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优20例,良5例,可5例。结论 掌长肌腱移植是修复拇长伸肌腱陈旧性断裂的良好选择,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using palmar longus tendon transplantation to repair the old rupture of extensor pollicis longus tendon. Methods From January 2016 to December 2020, a total of 30 cases of old extensor pollicis longus tendon ruptures were repaired with palmar longus tendon transplantation. Results All the cases in this group were followed up after surgery, the follow-up time was8 ~24 months, with an average of 18 months. The content of the follow-up included the total range of motion(TAM) of the affected side’s thumb joint and the patient’s satisfaction with the appearance and function of the thumb after repair. The postoperative follow-up in this group was based on the evaluation criteria of the upper limb function of the Chinese Medical Association: 20 cases were excellent, 5 cases were good, and 5 cases were fair. Conclusion Palmar longus tendon transplantation is a good choice for repairing the old rupture of the extensor pollicis longus tendon, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
