摘　　要：目的 探讨微创克氏针经皮固定治疗第5掌骨骨折的手术方法和临床效果。方法 2015年5月-2020年12月对40例第5掌骨新鲜骨折采用闭合复位经皮克氏针固定,术后早期功能训练。结果 本组40例掌骨骨折均达到解剖复位,骨性愈合,38例获得6~29个月的随访,平均16.5个月。按TAM系统评定方法评定,优良36例,优良率94.7%。结论 微创克氏针经皮固定治疗第5掌骨骨折,操作简便,固定可靠,疗效满意;手术时间短,治疗费用低。Objective To report the treatment outcome and technique of the fracture of the fifth metacarpal using minially invasive and percutaneous fixation with Kirschner wires. Methods The fresh metacarpal neck fractures in 40 cases were treated by closed replacement and fixation with Kirschner wires and given early postoperative mobilization. Results The x-ray showed anatomical reduction occurred in all the fractures. 38 patients were followed up for 6-29 months(16.5 months on average). According to the evaluation of TAM scales, excellent and good results were achieved in 36 cases with the excellent and good rate of 94.7%. Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous fixation with Kirschner wires is an effective and minially invasive method for the fifth metacarpal. Which has several advantages, such as simple operation, stable fixation, satisfactory result, short operation time and low treatment costs.
