摘　　要：目的 对腓肠肌神经营养皮瓣、小腿外侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣移植修复足跟区皮肤缺损的疗效进行对比研究。方法 回顾性分析2018-2020年因足跟区损伤或足根部肿瘤切除术后皮肤缺损住院的患者26例,在彻底清创或切除原发灶后分别选择腓肠肌神经营养皮瓣(A组)、小腿外侧皮瓣(B组)和足底内侧皮瓣(C组)三种不同皮瓣进行修复。术后对皮肤磨损、皮瓣感觉丧失、皮瓣臃肿等进行疗效评估。结果 C组疗效优于A组(P <0.05);在皮肤磨损、皮瓣臃肿方面C组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论足底内侧皮瓣移植与其他两种皮瓣移植相比,皮瓣的磨损优于其他两种皮瓣,患者对外观更加满意。Objective To investigate the effect of medial plantar skin flap transplantation on repairing skin defect in heel area compared with gastrocnemius neurotrophic skin flap and lateral leg skin flap transplantation. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 26 cases of hospitalized patients with heel area damage or roots after tumor excision of skin defect from 2018 to 2020, respectively, after thorough debridement or resection of the primary focal gastrocnemius nerve nutrition skin flap(group A), the lateral crus flap(group B) and the plantar medial flap(group C) three different skin flap to repair. The effect of postoperative skin wear, loss of sensation of skin flap and bloated skin flap was evaluated. Results The effect of group C was better than that of group A(P<0.05). The curative effect of group C was better than that of group B in skin wear and flaps bloated(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the other two kinds of flaps, the wear of the medial plantar flaps is better than that of the other two kinds of flaps, and the appearance is more satisfactory.
