摘　　要：目的 探讨对拇指末节创面行拇指桡背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复的临床疗效。方法 2015年2月-2020年2月,采用第1掌骨桡背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损14例,皮瓣面积:2.3 cm×1.8 cm~5.0 cm×3.5 cm。结果 术后14例皮瓣均成活,1例出现张力性水疱,经拆除缝线后恢复血运。随访发现拇指指体外观及功能满意。结论 应用第1掌骨桡背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的方法安全可靠,疗效满意,值得基层医院推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the first dorsal metacarpal redial artery reverse island flap on the repaire of wound of the distal segment of thumb. Methods From October 2015 to February2020, our department used the first radial dorsal metacarpal artery retrograde island flap to repair the thumb soft tissue defect in 14 cases, the flap size was 2.3 cm×1.8 cm~5.0 cm×3.5cm. Results All 14 cases survived. One case had tension blister in the flap after operation, and the blood supply was restored after removing the suture. Follow-up found that thumb body’s appearance and function were satisfactory.Conclusion The method of repairing soft tissue defect of thumb with retrograde island flap of first dorsal metacarpal radial artery is safe and reliable, the clinical application of this method is satisfactory and worthy of popularization in basic-level hospitals.
