摘  要:针对大型交直流混联系统预想故障集规模大的特点,考虑直流系统控制量调制,协调交流系统和直流系统的各控制量,提出一种实现静态电压稳定增强控制的启发式算法。首先根据曲线拟合技术,在考虑直流系统限值的情况下,快速扫描系统的预想故障集并求出负荷裕度对控制参数的灵敏度信息,得到严重预想故障集。采用灵敏度方法将直流系统控制加入到系统静态电压稳定控制措施集当中。计及控制措施可行性、有效性和经济性的综合灵敏度对各控制措施进行排序,并以此指导系统进行两阶段负荷裕度增强控制;第1阶段根据综合灵敏度由高到低的顺序对系统进行控制,直到各故障场景下的负荷裕度均满足要求为止;第2阶段根据综合灵敏度由低到高的顺序检验去除各控制措施后负荷裕度是否达标,以此筛除冗余的控制措施。利用改造后的IEEE 118节点系统的数值仿真验证所提算法的有效性。Aiming at the large scale of critical contingencies in the large AC/DC hybrid system,considering the DC control and coordinating control variables of the AC and DC systems,a heuristic algorithm for static voltage stability enhancement control is proposed.Firstly,according to the curve fitting technology and considering the DC system limits,the critical contingencies of the power system are quickly scanned,and the sensitivity information of load margins with respect to control parameters is obtained to recognize the serious contingencies.Secondly,the sensitivity method is used to add the DC system control to static voltage stability control measures.Then,the comprehensive sensitivity considering the feasibility,effectiveness and economy of the control measures is used to sort the control measures,and guide the system to implement the two-stage load margin enhancement control.In the first stage,the system is controlled according to the comprehensive sensitivity from high to low until the load margin in each contingency meets the requirements.In the second stage,the load margin after removing each control measure according to the comprehensive sensitivity from low to high is checked,so as to screen out redundant control measures.The numerical simulation of the modified IEEE 118-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
