摘　　要：为探究猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)在感染猪组织器官中的分布规律及其对猪组织产生的病理损伤变化,对广西某地区PCV3感染猪进行临床症状和病理学观察,发现单独感染PCV3病猪呈现典型的断奶仔猪多系统衰弱综合征(PMWS)症状,镜检发现病例呈现坏死性心肌炎、间质性肺炎、轻度的淋巴细胞性肝炎及免疫器官淋巴细胞消耗型炎症。免疫组化法检测结果发现淋巴组织中信号最强,PCV3阳性信号主要位于单核和巨噬细胞胞质中;PCV3可单独引发仔猪断奶衰竭综合征且23个组织中均有病毒分布。To reveal the distribution of PCV3 in the tissues and organs of infected pigs and the pathological damage of PCV3 on the tissues of infected pigs,the clinical symptoms and pathological observations of PCV3 infected pigs in a certain area of Guangxi were carried out.The results showed that the pigs infected with PCV3 alone presented typical PMWS symptoms.Microscopic examination showed necrotizing myocarditis,interstitial pneumonia,mild lymphocytic hepatitis and lymphocyte wasting inflammation of immune organs.Immunohistochemistry showed that the signal of PCV3 was strongest in the lymphatic tissue,and the PCV3 positive signal was mainly located in the cytoplasm of monocytes and macrophages.PCV3 infection alone could induce piglet weaning failure syndrome and the virus was distributed in 23 tissues.
