摘　　要：基于组织论,工作流程图是一个很好的工程管理工具,它能直观地反映上下步骤之间的逻辑关系,而跨职能流程图可以看作是对工作流程图的改进,论文通过对跨职能流程图的分析和进一步改进,将此工具应用于建设工程项目前期,以利于更好地开展管理工作。Based on the theory of organization,work flowchart is a good project management tool,it can intuitively reflect the logical relationship between up and down steps,and cross-functional flowchart can be seen as improvements on work flowchart,this article is based on the analysis of cross-functional flowchart and further improved,and the tool is applied to construction project prophase to facilitate better management work.
