摘 要:目前锅炉水质分析存在依赖人工、在线运行故障率高、投用率低、维护工作量大等问题。因此,研发无人值守的低成本、高智能化、高可靠性的智能水质检测系统,具有现实需求和推广价值。以湿化学分析和电极分析为技术核心,同步研发能够满足智能检测需求的水样自动进样、无交叉污染控制、数据智能传输及预警报警等模块,开发出一套由采配水系统、化学分析仪器、数据采集与传输系统及中央控制系统组成的智能水质在线监测系统。系统应用后,一机可分析15个样品,实现了pH、二氧化硅、磷酸盐、电导率、溶解氧及钠含量等6项指标的自动分析和数据上传,一个周期3h完成35项次的分析检测。分析精度、最低检测限、量程等技术指标达到或优于分析方法要求,提高了检测数据的准确性。通过机器代人,每年可降低人工成本160万元。通过仪器集成,使分析15个点位6个项目的在线仪表数量从35台降到8台,极大地降低了运行维护工作量和分析仪表的运行费用。锅炉排污率从1.21%下降到0.98%,可实现节水2.6×10;t/a,节约热量损失1230t标准煤/a,节能减排效益130万元/a。At present,boiler water quality analysis has problems such as reliance on manual labor,high failure rate of online operation,low utilization rate and heavy maintenance workload.Therefore,the research and development of unattended intelligent water quality detection system with low cost,high intelligence and high reliability is the realistic demand and worth popularizing.With wet chemical analysis and electrode analysis as core technologies,some modules that can meet the demand of intelligent detection were researched synchronously including the automatic injection of water sample,no cross contamination control,intelligent data transmission,and early warning and alarm modules,and an intelligent online water quality monitoring system consisting of water collection and distribution system,chemical analysis instruments,data collection and transmission system and central control system was developed.After the application of the system,15 samples can be analyzed by a single instrument,the automatic analysis and data upload of 6 indexes including p H,silica,phosphate,conductivity,dissolved oxygen and sodium content can be achieved,and the analysis and detection of 35 items can be completed within one cycle of 3 hours.The analysis accuracy,minimum detection limit,range and other technical indicators can meet or exceed the requirements of analysis method,improving the accuracy of the test data.By replacing manual labor with instruments,the labor costs can be reduced by 1.6million yuan per year.Through instrument integration,the number of online instruments for analyzing 6 items at 15 points can be reduced from 35 to 8,greatly reducing the operation and maintenance workload and the operating cost of analytical instruments.The boiler blowdown rate can be decreased from 1.21% to 0.98%,achieving a water saving of 26000 tons per year,a heat loss reduction of 1230 tons of standard coal per year and an energy saving and emission reduction benefit of 1.3 million yuan per year.
