某综合体建筑防火材料及防火构造分析

摘　　要：通过案例工程,以防火分区的围护构件为切入点,用三维防火分区的概念来理解消防安全。通过防火墙及防火墙上的门窗、管道、穿墙孔洞等组成的楼层内防火分区分隔构件;由临空外墙及外墙上的门窗洞口等装饰构件组成临空围护构件;由现浇钢筋混凝土楼板、梁、柱及楼板上的开洞、竖井等组成楼层间的防火分区分隔构件3个主要防火分区分隔构件,分析防火分区围护构件的建筑材料及防火构造设计的要求。Through the case project,the concept of three-dimensional fire partition is used to understand fire safety by starting from the envelope components of fire partition.The requirements of building materials and fireproof structure design of enclosure elements of fire compartment are analyzed through the following three separating elements of the fire compartments:the separating elements of the fire compartment in the floor composed of the fireproof bulkhead and the wall-through holes,doors,windows and pipes on the fireproof bulkhead;an airborne enclosure elements composed of an airborne exterior wall and decorative elements such as door and window openings on the exterior wall;and the separating elements of the fire compartment in the floor composed of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor slab,beam,column,opening on the floor slab,and shaft.
