摘 要:目前关于机构养老设施的研究中,针对寒冷地区老年人热舒适和室内热环境需求特性的相关研究较少。保定市在气候特性、城市规模、经济发展水平和老龄人口增长趋势等方面能够代表我国寒冷地区中等城市机构养老设施的发展状况。本研究主要采用实地调研、问卷调查和现场实测的方法,掌握了保定市机构养老设施夏季室内热环境需求特性,针对发现的具体问题,提出了改善建议。建立了保定市机构养老设施夏季热舒适评价模型,确立了基于老年人生理、心理和行为习惯的热中性温度,确认了老年人室内热舒适温度范围。本研究通过对保定市机构养老设施夏季室内热舒适性的研究,完善寒冷地区机构养老设施室内热环境相关参数,为寒冷地区机构养老设施的改造与新建提供数据参考。At present, there are few studies on the thermal comfort of the elderly and indoor thermal environment demand characteristics in cold areas. Baoding city, Hebei Province can represent the development status of medium-sized cities in cold area of China in terms of climate characteristics, urban scale, economic development level and trend of population aging. This research mainly adopts the research methods of field survey, questionnaire survey and field measurement, so as to master the indoor thermal environment demand characteristics of the elderly facilities in Baoding city in summer. In view of the specific problems found, suggestions for improvement are put forward. The thermal comfort evaluation model in summer of the elderly facilities in Baoding city was established, the thermal neutral temperature based on the physiological, psychological and behavioral habits of the elderly was determined, and the indoor thermal comfort temperature range of the elderly was confirmed. Through the study on the summer indoor thermal comfort of the elderly facilities in Baoding City, this study improved the relevant parameters of indoor thermal environment of the elderly facilities, and provided data reference for the renovation and construction of the elderly facilities in cold areas.
