摘  要:为研究夏热冬冷地区热致变色涂料屋面夏季隔热性能,选取重庆市某居住建筑顶层两间围护结构、室内布置、朝向均相同的房间作为研究对象,采取实测方法,在顶层房间屋面涂敷热致变色高反射涂料,另一房间屋面不处理作为对照。研究结果表明:夏季热致变色涂料屋面内外壁面日平均温度比普通屋面小1.9℃和2.4℃,波动值比普通屋面小1.0℃和2.5℃,昼间屋顶热流密度平均值减小38.5%,并且屋面反射率随室外气温升高而增大,降温能力也随之增强,而夜间外壁温与环境温度基本保持相同,昼间壁面温度上升更缓慢。In order to study the thermal insulation performance of thermochromic coating roof in Hot-summer and Cold-winter Zone,two residential building rooms in Chongqing,which were all located on the top floor of the building with the same envelope material,interior arrangement and orientation,were selected as research objects in this paper.Experimental test method was adopted,thermochromic reflective coatings were applied on the roof of one room,while the roof of the other room was not processed as the control group.The results showed that the average temperatures of interior and exterior surfaces of the thermochromic coating roof were 1.9℃and 2.4℃lower than that of common roof,the fluctuation values were 1.0℃and 2.5℃lower than that of common roof,and the average value of heat flux decreases by 38.5%.Besides,the roof reflectivity increased with the rise of outdoor air temperature and the cooling capacity was also enhanced.Furthermore,the exterior surface temperature at night was basically the same as the ambient temperature,and the temperature of surfaces rose more slowly in the daytime.
