摘  要:空气源热泵(ASHP)结除霜会严重影响机组实际运行性能和可靠性,而现有检测标准尚缺乏对结除霜过程运行性能的检测方法,未对ASHP结除霜运行时除霜控制策略的准确程度提出明确要求,造成实际运行中机组除霜控制不准确问题。本文以量化ASHP机组除霜控制准确性为研究目的,考虑到不同厂家出厂的ASHP机组本构配置差异较大,对6台本构配置不同的机组进行了实验测试,提出了ASHP机组最佳除霜控制点测试方法。通过实验研究,探究了ASHP机组最佳除霜控制点与本构配置特征参数CICO的内在联系,建立了不同结霜工况下ASHP机组最佳除霜控制点预测模型,该预测模型可有效地预测不同CICO下ASHP机组的最佳除霜时间,具有较高的准确性,为制定ASHP准确控霜技术相关检测标准提供参考。Frosting and defrosting of air source heat pump(ASHP) will seriously affect the actual operation performance and reliability of the unit. However, the existing detection standards of ASHP haven’t presented both the detection method for the operation performance of the frosting and defrosting process, and the clear requirements for the accuracy of defrosting control strategy during the operation of ASHP, resulting in inaccurate defrosting control of the unit in actual operation. To quantify the defrosting control accuracy of ASHP units, considering that the constitutive configurations of ASHP units manufactured by different manufacturers vary significantly, six units with different constitutive configurations are tested and the test method of optimal defrosting control point of ASHP units was proposed. The experimental study explores the internal relationship between the optimal defrosting control point of ASHP units and CICO, and sets up the prediction model of the optimal defrosting control point of ASHP units under different frosting conditions. The prediction model has high accuracy and can effectively predict the optimal defrosting time of ASHP units under different CICO conditions, which provides a reference for the development of relevant detection standards of ASHP accurate defrosting control technology.
