摘  要:提出1种以合成树脂为主要材料制备的微流道中空腔式太阳能集热器,是由透射隔热层、密闭空气层、集热层、保温绝热层和瓦当头集成的建筑预制件,不仅具有高效的集热性能和良好的气候适应性,还能代替传统屋顶构造中的保温层、隔离层和保护层,更易实现与建筑一体化。为满足用户对屋顶色彩的可选择性,对红色、蓝色、黑色选择性吸热涂层进行实验,结果显示,由于颜色不同造成的太阳吸收比相差不大于7.5%,其中,黑色选择性涂层的新型集热器效果最佳,其瞬时集热效率曲线截距为79.8%,总热损系数为U=4.68 W/(m^(2)·℃);对集热系统开展的性能测试实验结果表明,在不同季节相似天气条件下的新型集热器系统在9:00—16:00的阶段集热效率最高为50.6%,日集热效率最高为42.1%。A microfluidic hollow-cavity solar collector prepared with synthetic resin as the main material is proposed as an architectural prefabricated part integrated by transmissive heat insulation layer,air-tight layer,heat collection layer,heat insulation layer and tile head,which not only has efficient heat collection performance and good climate adaptability,but also can replace the heat insulation layer,isolation layer and protection layer in traditional roof construction,thereby facilitating the integration with buildings.In order to satisfy users’options of roof color,the experiments on red,blue and black selective heat-absorbing coatings were conducted.The results show that the difference in solar absorption ratio due to different colors is no more than 7.5%,of which the new collector with black selective coating has the best performance,with an instantaneous heat collection efficiency curve intercept of 79.8%and a total heat loss coefficient of U=4.68 W/(m^(2)·℃);the experimental results of the performance test conducted on the collector system show that the highest collector efficiency of the new collector system under similar weather conditions in different seasons is 50.6%from 9:00 to 16:00,and the highest daily collector efficiency is 42.1%.
