摘 要:随着近零能耗建筑的大规模推广和应用,近年来钢结构近零能耗项目逐渐增多。建筑整体的无热桥和高气密性处理是近零能耗建筑的关键技术要点,但在钢结构的近零能耗建筑中,热桥和气密性处理是重点和难点。五棵松冰上运动中心是我国目前首个以近零能耗建筑技术体系建设完成的体育场馆类项目。该项目为钢桁架结构,采用直立锁边金属屋面,围护结构以玻璃幕墙为主,在项目实施过程中遇到大量热桥和气密性处理的问题。本文以该项目为对象,着重讨论了项目执行过程中的气密性和热桥处理关键技术,旨在为后续类似钢结构项目的实施提供有价值的技术参考。With the large-scale promotion and application of nearly zero energy building(NZEB), NZEB with steel frame structures become increasingly popular Non-thermal bridge and high air-tightness treatment are key technical requirements for NZEBs, while for steel frame structure NZEBs, thermal bridge and air-tightness treatment are the key and challenges. The Wukesong Ice Hockey Training Center is the first stadium project under NZEB technical system in China. The Center is a steel frame structure with a standing seam metal roof and glass curtain envelop. During construction and implementation, the project team encountered a large number of problems and challenges in non-thermal bridge and air-tightness treatment. This paper, with the project as the research object, discussed the key thermal bridge and air-tightness treatment technologies used during the project, aiming to provide valuable technical references for the implementation of similar steel structure projects in the future.
