摘 要:近年来国内大型相控阵雷达技术得到长足的发展,天线骨架作为天线单元及大量电子设备的结构载体,对其安装精度、阵面变形、结构强度等技术指标提出高质量要求。本文以某大型相控阵雷达天线骨架结构设计为例,详细阐述了结构设计中的相关思路和方法。根据天线骨架的结构布局方式,对骨架分块、拼装精度、连接强度和阵面精度进行了详细分析,保证天线骨架长途运输、精度指标和结构安全性等要求。最后通过力学仿真、试验测量与理论分析相互验证,证实了天线骨架结构设计的合理性。In recent years,the technology of large-scale phased array radar has been developed rapidly in China.As the structural carrier of antenna unit and a large number of electronic equipment,antenna framework has put forward high-quality requirements for its installation accuracy,array deformation,structural strength and other technical indicators.In this paper,taking the design of a large phased array radar antenna skeleton structure as an example,the related ideas and methods in structural design are described in detail.According to the structural layout of the antenna skeleton,the skeleton segmentation,assembly accuracy,connection strength and array accuracy are analyzed in detail to ensure the requirements of long-distance transportation,accuracy index and structural safety of the antenna skeleton.Finally,the design of antenna skeleton structure is verified by mechanical simulation,experimental measurement and theoretical analysis.
