摘　　要：2022年2月底以来,上海发生的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情点多面广、频发持续,“静态管理”下医疗资源挤兑严重,针对感染人群的慢性疾病服务相对缺位。方舱医院一定程度上满足了特殊时期慢病患者就医需求,监测慢病患者疾病变化、防止慢病急性发作或急危重症发生。该文结合实践经验,对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间方舱医院高血压病、糖尿病患者的慢病管理要点进行探讨,为我国在应对突发公共卫生事件期间方舱医院的运行、管理提供参考。Since the end of February 2022,the epidemic of Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-2019)in Shanghai has shown a trend of multiple and frequent occurrence,the temporary lack of medical resources in static management.Chronic disease treatment services for infected populations were absent relatively.Shelter hospitals have met the medical needs of patients with chronic diseases,monitor changes of patients with chronic diseases,prevent acute exacerbation of chronic disease or critical disease.Practical experiences have explored the key points of chronic disease management of patients with hypertension and diabetes in shelter hospitals during the COVID-19 epidemic,and have provided the recommend ations of shelter hospitals in response to public health emergencies in China.
