高校危险化学品安全管理系统建设的实践研究——以郑州大学为例

摘　　要：随着多起实验室危险化学品重大事故的发生,危险化学品的管理成为高校实验室安全建设的突出问题。本文以郑州大学为例,从危险化学品的采购、存储到使用的全过程,梳理和分析实验室危险化学品管理存在的问题,针对危险化学品的安全管理体系建设进行了探索,初步实现了化学品全生命周期的闭环管理,做到控增量、降库存、强流转、建共享,节约了资源,提高了效率,方便了师生,提高了实验室管理水平和安全状况。With the occurrence of many hazardous chemical accidents in laboratories,the management of hazardous chemicals has become an important issue in the safety construction of university laboratories.Taking Zhengzhou University as an example,from the purchase,storage and use of dangerous chemicals,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the management of dangerous chemicals in laboratories,and explores the construction of the safety management system for hazardous chemicals.The closed-loop management of the whole life cycle of chemicals has been preliminarily realized,which can control increment,reduce inventory,strengthen circulation and build sharing mechanism.Ultimately,it can save resources,improve efficiency,facilitate the use of teachers and students,and improve the management level and safety status of the laboratory.
