摘 要:等离子点火技术作为以电力代替燃油的主流节油技术,存在设备出现故障时故障现象多且具有耦合性的特点,使得维修工人很难直接判断故障原因,需要慢慢对设备现状进行分析和检查后才能进行维修,影响了维修效率。为了提高故障诊断的效率和准确度,提出了以基于专家系统的等离子电源故障诊断平台,进行平台的整体设计、专家系统专家知识库的设计、专家系统推理机的设计,并基于Go语言进行了平台的开发实现并进行了测试验证。经测试,该平台的故障诊断准确率达到了82%以上,故障维修的效率提高了26.2%。Plasma ignition technology,as the mainstream fuel-saving technology using electricity instead of fuel,has the characteristics of many fault phenomena and coupling when the equipment fails,which makes it difficult for maintenance workers to directly judge the cause of the fault.It needs to slowly analyze and inspect the current situation of the equipment before maintenance,which affects the maintenance efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis,a plasma power supply fault diagnosis platform based on expert system is proposed in this paper.The overall design of the platform,the design of expert knowledge base of expert system and the design of inference engine of expert system are carried out.The platform is developed and implemented based on go language and tested.The fault diagnosis accuracy of the platform is more than 82%,and the efficiency of fault maintenance is improved by 26.2%.
