摘 要:阻抗测试仪是测量设备连通性进而保障设备正常传输的仪器,在电子测量中占据着重要的地位,以LabVIEW为开发平台的阻抗测试仪具有便于移植、适应性广、易于维护、成本可控等优点。介绍多事件控制程序模式,并以此为基础架构构建阻抗测试仪软件,实现设备连接电缆多芯阻抗测试、多通道数据采集传递、分析记录与显示等功能,然后通过控制“万用表卡”实测阻抗,测试多通道阻抗测试仪的准确度和测试效率,最后总结阻抗测试仪的优势,得出结论。Impedance tester is an instrument to measure the connectivity and ensure the normal transmission of equipments.It occupies an important position in electronic measurement.The impedance tester based on the LabVIEW language owns the advantages of easy transplantation,wide adaptability,easy maintenance and controllable cost.The multi-event control program mode is introduced in this paper,and the impedance tester software is constructed based on this architecture to realize the functions of multi-core impedance test of equipment connecting cable,multi-channel data acquisition,transmission and analysis.Then,the accuracy and efficiency of the multi-channel impedance tester are tested by controlling the multimeter card.Finally,the advantages of the impedance tester are summarized.
