摘　　要：针对Minitab、MATLAB等统计软件在统计过程中控制图绘制方面存在的缺陷,通过对Excel实时数据统计功能和VBA Application编程特性的分析,设计出一种时效性和通用性更强的动态控制图算法。结合实例系统地介绍了动态控制图的功能和算法的设计思路,该算法可实现统计过程控制中对控制图的各种智能化、自动化的要求,具有应用前景和推广价值。In view of the drawbacks of control chart drawing in statistical process in statistical software such as Minitab and MATLAB,a dynamic control chart algorithm with more timeliness and versatility is designed by analyzing the statistical functions of Excel real-time data and the programming characteristics of VBA Application.The function of dynamic control diagram and the design idea of algorithm are systematically introduced with an example.The algorithm can realize all kinds of requirements for intelligence and automation of control diagram in statistical process control,and has application prospects and popularization value.
