伊维菌素注射液对羊口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活疫苗免疫效果影响实验分析

摘　　要：本文结合实验伊维菌素注射液对羊口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活疫苗免疫效果影响分析,旨在为避免因免疫、驱虫多次追逐抓羊,引起羊群惊恐不安和花费大量劳务支出,为羊寄生虫病的驱治和口蹄疫病防治提供提供技术指导。我们于绵羊注射伊维菌素和接种口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活疫苗14 d、28 d后分2次采取羊血样,制备待检血清,用改进型口蹄疫病毒A型抗体液相阻断ELISA检测试剂盒、O型口蹄疫抗体检测试剂盒检测绵羊血清中O型、A型口蹄疫抗体水平,对比分析。同时注射伊维菌素和接种口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活疫苗,羊只无不良反应,28 d后血清中0型、A型口蹄疫抗体检测阳性率均在90%以上。和单纯接种O-A型二价灭活疫苗羊只血清抗体检测结果相比,抗体水平基本相同。伊维菌素对口蹄疫O-A型二价灭活疫苗对绵羊的免疫效果无不良反应,为节省劳务支出和提高经济效益,可同时注射并推广应用。Combined with the analysis of the effect of ivermectin injection on the immune effect of O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine for foot-and-mouth disease in sheep,this study aims to avoid panic and a lot of labor expenses caused by chasing and catching sheep for many times due to immunization and deworming.As well as providing technical guidance for the control of sheep parasitic diseases and the prevention and control of foot-and-mouth disease.We took blood samples 14d and 28d after the sheep were injected with ivermectin and inoculated with FMD O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine to prepare the serum to be tested.Then,the modified FMD virus type A antibody liquid-phase blocking ELISA detection kit and the O type FMD antibody detection kit were used to detect the level of FMD type 0 and type A FMD antibody in sheep serum for comparative analysis.There were no adverse reactions in sheep injected with ivermectin and inoculated with FMD O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine at the same time.After 28 days,the positive rates of type 0 and type A foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in serum were both above 90%.This is basically the same as the serum antibody test results of sheep vaccinated with O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine.Ivermectin has no adverse effect on the immune effect of foot-and-mouth disease O-A bivalent inactivated vaccine in sheep.In order to save labor expenses and improve economic benefits,injection and application can be promoted at the same time.
