摘  要:为明确百色市烤烟化学成分特征及其可用性,对百色市3个典型主产烟县(市)11个乡镇的B_(2)F、B_(3)F、C_(2)F、C_(3)F、X_(2)F共5个等级275个烤烟样本化学成分特征进行分析,并应用模糊数学对其可用性进行综合评价。结果表明:百色市烤烟具有总糖和还原糖含量较高、氮碱比偏低、其他指标较适宜的特点;不同等级间化学成分可用性指数表现为:C_(2)F>C_(3)F>B_(2)F>B_(3)F>X_(2)F;B_(2)F和C_(2)F烟叶化学成分可用性以隆林县最高,B_(3)F以靖西市最高,C_(3)F和X_(2)F以德保县最高;百色市各乡镇烤烟化学成分可用性指数均值在75.47~82.43之间,属“较好”档次;烤烟化学成分可用性指数有从中间向北向南递减的趋势,总体上以德保县较高,隆林县次之,靖西市较低。In order to clarify the chemical composition and availability of flue-cured tobacco in Baise City.Chemical composition characteristics of 275 flue-cured tobacco samples from 5 grades of B_(2)F,B_(3)F,C_(2)F,C_(3)F and X_(2)F in 11typical towns of Baise City were analyzed,and their usability was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics.The results showed that Baise City flue-cured tobacco had high total sugar and reducing sugar content,low nitrogen-base ratio,and other indicators were suitable.The chemical composition availability index of different grades was:C_(2)F>C_(3)F>B_(2)F>B_(3)F>X_(2)F.The chemical composition of B_(2)F and C_(2)F tobacco leaves is the highest in Longlin County,B_(3)F is the highest in Jingxi County,C_(3)F and X_(2)F are the highest in Debao County,and the average chemical availability index of flue-cured tobacco in Baise City is between 75.47 and 82.43,which is’better’grade.The chemical composition availability index of flue-cured tobacco has a downward trend from the middle to the north.Generally,it is higher in Debao County,followed by Longlin County and Jingxi County.
